Yasmine Lahlou Speaks About COVID-19’s Impact on Dispute Resolution, the Courts, and International Arbitration

April 2020 – On Tuesday, April 6th, Yasmine Lahlou will participate in the American Bar Association International Law Section’s panel discussion titled, “Navigating International Courts and Tribunals During the COVID-19 Pandemic.” The panel of judges and practitioners will discuss how COVID-19 has impacted their dispute resolution practices and the impact of the pandemic on US Federal Bankruptcy Courts, the International Criminal Court, and the works of international arbitration tribunals and institutions.

The American Bar Association International Law Section is a leader in the development of policy in the international arena, the promotion of the rule of law and the education of international law practitioners. This discussion is part of their ongoing virtual personal empowerment and CLE programming series, “COVID-19: Its Impact on International Law and You.”
