Yasmine Lahlou to Moderate Panel on Diverse Leadership in International Arbitration

March 2026– Chaffetz Lindsey’s Yasmine Lahlou will moderate the panel “Breaking the Glass Gavel: Diverse Leaders in International Arbitration” as part of California International Arbitration Week, on March 12th in San Francisco, California.

The panel, presented by ArbitralWomen, The Pledge for Equal Representation in Arbitration, and Racial Equality for Arbitration Lawyers (REAL), will explore how mentorship, sponsorship, and intentional visibility are expanding opportunities for diverse candidates in international arbitration. The discussion will also examine how institutions, practitioners, and clients can take concrete steps to broaden representation in arbitrator appointments and leadership roles.

The panel will feature distinguished practitioners from across the international arbitration community, including Annie Lesperance, Sandy Widjaja, Serena Lee, Teresa Garcia Reyes, and Vaishali Movva.
