Yasmine Lahlou to Speak About the New York Convention, Due Process and The Taking of Evidence in Remote Arbitrations

September 2020 – On Thursday, September 10th, Yasmine Lahlou will participate in an online seminar about “International versus domestic standards under the New York Convention: due process and public policy limitations for the production of evidence in online arbitrations.” During the seminar, Yasmine and other panelists will discuss the New York Convention and best practices for dealing with due process limitations in the taking of evidence in remote arbitrations.

The discussion is part of a joint initiative between New York University (NYU) – Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration and Commercial Law, and FGVLAW – Graduate Program of FGV Direito SP.

The discussion will take place on Thursday, September 10th from 12:45pm – 2:00pm EST. Registration is available here.
