Yasmine Lahlou to Speak at the 10th Annual ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day

June 2022— Chaffetz Lindsey’s Yasmine Lahlou is set to speak at the 10th Annual ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day on Friday, June 10th. The event taking place in São Paulo will host practitioners from around the world who will join together for informational panels, Q&A sessions and more.

Yasmine will speak on a panel discussing “Brazil in the current international scenario: Market fragmentation, multipolarity and cultural challenges for dispute resolution” with co-panelists Christopher Da Cunha Bueno Garma and Edward Silvia Romero, moderated by Nadia De Araujo. The panel will cover:

  • Investments of Eastern countries in Brazil: a retrospective and a prospective look
  • Cultural differences and their impact on negotiations and disputes
  • Latin American countries between unity and multiplicity: cultures, markets and dispute settlement
