Adriana represents clients in international arbitration proceedings against both private and state-owned entities. She is involved in various types of matters, but her cases mainly focus on the construction, infrastructure, energy, and insurance industries.

Before joining Chaffetz Lindsey, Adriana trained and worked at leading law firms in Mexico and Paris. She also graduated with a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, where she served as one of the vice-presidents of the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association

  • Represented the contractor of a combined cycle power plant in Latin America in an LCIA arbitration against the owner of the plant.*
  • Represented a contractor in a hydrogen plant in Latin America in an ICC arbitration against the owner of the plant.*
  • Represented the contractor of a sulfur solidification plant in Latin America in an ICC arbitration against the owner of the plant.*
  • Represented the contractor of an oil refinery in Latin America in an ICC arbitration against the owner of the plant.*
  • Represented the contractor of a combined cycle power plant in Latin America in an ICC arbitration against a subcontractor.*
  • Represented an insurance company in different arbitration proceedings against five reinsurers.*
  • Represented a seller in a power purchase agreement in court proceedings initiated by the buyer in Mexico.*
