Where Advocacy Meets Business

Agustina has four years of experience resolving commercial disputes with particular focus on oil & gas companies and electricity generators (including renewable energy generators) doing business in Argentina. This understanding of the business proved to be an invaluable tool when advising clients in their disputes with other companies and the government.

Before joining Chaffetz Lindsey in August 2019, Agustina was an associate at the energy and arbitration team of Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martinez de Hoz (h), and of Martinez de Hoz & Rueda.  While her practice there focused mainly on disputes in the energy industry, it also spanned to construction, banking & finance and M&A disputes.
