Colin Jackson

Colin previously worked at Chaffetz Lindsey as a summer associate and law clerk during his final two years at New York University School of Law.

While at NYU, Colin competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and served as a Notes Editor on the Journal of International Law and Politics.

• Represented a multinational wind-turbine manufacturer in litigation relating to alleged product defects at a wind farm.
• Represented a multinational insurance company in a coverage dispute centering around complex claims of products liability.
• Represented an international client before the D.C. Circuit in a jurisdictional appeal under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
• Represented a Swiss financial institution in bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
• Represented a multinational insurance company in a multiparty coverage dispute.
