Levi focuses on complex commercial arbitration and litigation matters. He joined Chaffetz Lindsey in 2023 after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Russell Brown (Ret.) of the Supreme Court of Canada and the Honorable Justice David Stratas of the Federal Court of Appeal.
Before embarking on his legal career, Levi completed his law degree at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with great distinction. During his time in law school, he served as an editor for the Saskatchewan Law Review and conducted research on constitutional and commercial law issues for Professor Dwight Newman, K.C., Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Rights in Constitutional and International Law. He has also co-authored academic works on administrative law, contract law, and arbitration. Before pursuing his legal career, Levi managed an international transportation company.
