Oliver represents clients in complex commercial disputes and arbitration involving a range of industries, such as construction, energy, insurance, and reinsurance. Oliver worked with the firm as a Summer Associate and then as a Law Clerk while completing his final year of law school.

Oliver graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar. While at Fordham, Oliver was a member of the Urban Law Journal and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center.
