Oliver Price

Oliver represents clients in complex commercial disputes and arbitration involving a range of industries, such as construction, energy, insurance, and reinsurance. Oliver worked with the firm as a Summer Associate and then as a Law Clerk while completing his final year of law school.

Oliver graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar. While at Fordham, Oliver was a member of the Urban Law Journal and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center.

• Representing multi-national wind-turbine manufacturer in litigation relating to alleged product defects at a wind farm.
• Representing a major multinational insurance company in various coverage disputes with other insurers and policyholders.
• Representing a U.S. insurance carrier in New York litigation related to loss and insurer allocation.
• Representing mining project in litigation arising out of a royalty agreement.
