Priscilla has experience in complex arbitration and litigation disputes, having represented domestic and foreign clients in disputes involving M&A transactions, commercial agreements, corporate law, and infrastructure deals, as well as in the enforcement of foreign awards. Priscilla has represented clients in matters under the ICC, LCIA, CCBC, CAMARB, and FIESP rules, as well as in Brazilian courts.

Experience

Priscilla has over 15 years of experience in international arbitration and litigation. Initially trained in the most prominent Latin American firms, Priscilla has broadened her international experience both at the academic and professional levels over the years. She is certified in public and private international law by The Hague Academy and has represented individual and corporate clients in international arbitrations, complex commercial litigation, and bankruptcy litigation in a diverse range of industries including construction, financial services, aviation, energy, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, etc.

  • Represented an international hotel conglomerate within the scope of an arbitration seated in São Paulo conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)..*
  • Represented a Brazilian subsidiary of a Dutch oil company within the scope of an arbitration seated in Rio de Janeiro conducted under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). *
  • Represented a Brazilian Engineering Consortium within the scope of an arbitration seated in São Paulo conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). *
  • Represented a Brazilian logistics group within the scope of multiple arbitrations seated in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, conducted under the rules of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC).*
  • Represented an international conglomerate of the phonographic sector in a domestic litigation dispute involving the payment of royalties and indemnification for alleged unauthorized exploitation and remastering of Brazilian artist works. *
  • Represented a French energy group in the context of multiple mediations seated in São Paulo conducted under the rules of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC).*
