Thomas focuses his practice on complex commercial arbitration and litigation matters.

Prior to joining Chaffetz Lindsey in 2022, Thomas graduated from Vanderbilt Law School, where he was an Executive Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. While at Vanderbilt, faculty named him the Helen Strong Curry Scholar in International Law for the Class of 2022. Thomas also received the Thomas R. McCoy Scholarship for Excellence in Constitutional Law. Before pursuing his legal career, Thomas spent more than three years working and living in Hiroshima, Japan.

  • Representing a Multinational Wind Park Operator in AAA Arbitration related to alleged breaches of O&M Agreement.
  • Representing a reinsurer in a Bermuda-seated ad hoc arbitration to determine coverage under two collateralized catastrophe excess reinsurance policies.
  • Representing a global insurance company in a complex coverage dispute spanning multiple policy years.
  • Providing pro bono legal assistance to Afghan Asylum seeker.
