Where Advocacy Meets Business

The Report can be accessed here. Coverage of the Report in Law360 can also be found here (a subscription may be required).

The drafting subcommittee also included John Delehanty, Matthew Draper, Jennifer Kim, Giovanna Micheli, Jonathan Montcalm, Nancy Nelson, Steven Skulnik, Joshua Slocum, Jonathan Tompkins and Jeffrey Zaino, while Dana MacGrath served as Chair of the subcommittee.
