Yasmine Lahlou Explores Developments in Award Enforcement
June 2013 – Chaffetz Lindsey Counsel Yasmine Lahlou was a panelist at the ACR-GNY’s 12th Annual Conference at the Cardozo School of Law. Yasmine’s panel explored recent developments in the enforcement of international arbitration awards, with Yasmine focusing on enforcement in the United States, including issues of personal and quasi in rem jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, and pre-award attachment.
