James Hosking Presents on Third-Party Funding in Arbitration

On June 30, 2009, Chaffetz Lindsey partner James Hosking was a panelist at a seminar in Washington D.C. entitled “Third-Party Funding in Arbitration.” The program was sponsored by the International Dispute Resolution Committee of the International Law Section of the District of Columbia Bar.
