Aníbal Sabater to Speak on “The Arbitrator as Case Manager” at ICC Latin American Group Meeting in Buenos Aires

September 2025 — Chaffetz Lindsey’s Aníbal Sabater will speak alongside Dyalá Jiménez (DJ Arbitraje) to examine the benefits, limits, and risks of proactive arbitral intervention, exploring how arbitrators can balance efficient case management with the need to preserve party autonomy and due process. The event will take place in Buenos Aires on Monday, September 22, 2025.

Organized by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Americas Initiative in collaboration with the Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ALARB) and held in the context of the ICC Latin American Group meeting, the session is titled: “The Arbitrator as Case Manager: How Far and How?”
