Luisa Quintao to Moderate CIArb Brazil Discussion about the 2023 Vis Moot Problem
January 2023— Luisa Quintao will moderate a discussion organized CIArb Brazil about the legal issues of this year’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Problem. Dr Crina Baltag, FCIArb and Sophie Nappert will join Luisa at 12pm EST on Thursday, January 26th for the virtual event.
The discussion will take place on the first day of the two-day CIArb Brazil event, focusing on the procedural issues of the Vis Moot Problem, including the topics of arbitration and corruption as well as the stay and bifurcation of arbitration proceedings.

About Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot
The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is a competition for law students to foster the study and practice of international commercial sales law and arbitration. This year’s Vis Moot will take place between March 19 and March 2016 in Hong Kong and between March 31 and April 6 in Vienna, Austria.
