Agustina Alfaro to Moderate Columbia Law School Panel Wednesday, November 13th

November 2024—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Agustina Alfaro will moderate the panel “International Perspectives on the Arbitrator’s Duty of Disclosure: Global Insights and Legal Nuances” at Colombia Law School on Wednesday, November 13^th.

Agustina will join Columbia Law School Professor and arbitrator Robert Smit, Brazilian Professor Rodolfo Amadeo and Mark McNeill, Partner at Quinn Emanuel, for a discussion focused on the duty of disclosure, including its extent, potential breaches, consequences and more. The dynamic panel will provide unique insights into both Latin America and U.S. perspectives.
