Alan Lipkin Joins Offshore Disputes Week in the Cayman Islands

March 2025—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Alan Lipkin will participate in Thought Leaders 4 FIRE’s Offshore Disputes Week, taking place March 24^th-March 26^th in the Cayman Islands.

Alan will join Joel Cohen (Stout), Fiona MacAdam (Walkers (Cayman) LLP), Liam Faulkner (Campbells) and Tom Wright (Bedell Cristin Cayman Partnership) for the March 25^th panel “Value Extraction of Stakeholders: Cayman Islands and U.S. Perspectives”.

The group will discuss new Restructuring Officer regime in Cayman, liquidations as a preferred option, and U.S. Trends Impact on the Interplay  with Offshore Insolvency and Restructuring.
