About the Event

Data protection regulations have upended document disclosure in litigation and arbitration. In response, an ICCA-IBA Joint Task Force on Data Protection is unveiling a Draft Roadmap to Data Protection in International Arbitration to provide direction to legal professionals on the potential impact of data protection principles on international arbitration proceedings. The panel discussion will focus on relevant domestic and international regulations, the impact of those regulations on document disclosure in litigation and international arbitration, and the practical guidance provided by the ICCA-IBA Draft Roadmap to Data Protection.
