Cia Moss to Speak About Client Engagement in the Post-Covid Era at the IBA Group Members’ Leadership Summit

June 2021 – On Thursday, June 24^th, Cia Moss will participate in a panel discussion about “Client Engagement Strategies for a Post-Covid Era” at the IBA Group Members’ Leadership Summit. Cia will join other managing and senior partners of leading international law firms in the Americas to discuss the challenges facing law firm leaders and the business of running an international law firm. Panelists will offer insights into the innovative client engagement strategies they are adopting as a result of the pandemic.
