Cia Moss to Speak at 2023 ARIAS Spring Conference

May 2023—Cia Moss will speak at the 2023 ARIAS Spring Conference on Friday, May 19^th alongside David Ichel (X-Dispute LLC), Sylvia Kaminsky (ARIAS Certified Arbitrator) and Elaine Caprio (Caprio Consulting) for the Ethics Session “Arbitrator Disclosures—How is the System Working?”

The panel will address issues of ethics and gray areas in challenging hypotheticals using audience polling to get counsel, party and arbitrator views on such issues.
