Gretta Walters a Panelist at 16th Annual ICDR Y&I Coffee House Debate

March 2021 — The 16th Annual ICDR Y&I Coffee House Debate is taking place virtually on Sunday, March 28th from 9am to 10:30am EDT.  Chaffetz Lindsey’s Gretta Walters will serve as one of six panelists who will debate the following topics, taking positions which do not necessarily reflect their personal views:

The House only has one door!
Debate proposition: The joinder of non-signatories should only be decided under the law of the place of arbitration

The House serves all types of coffee!
Debate proposition: Arbitration is perfectly suitable to resolve IP disputes
