Gretta Walters to Moderate Discussion on Discovering Evidence in US and German Courts

December 2020 – On Wednesday, December 16th, Gretta Walters will moderate an event hosted by ICDR Y&I and DIS 40 titled, “Fantastic facts and where to find them: Discovering evidence from a transatlantic perspective.”  The panel will feature an interactive discussion about the latest developments on discovery under section 1782 in US courts, options to take and preserve evidence in German courts and how such procedures can be most effectively integrated into arbitration proceedings.
