Gretta Walters to Speak on Alternative Energy Disputes at AIEN / ICC Dispute Resolution 2025 Conference

October 2025 — Chaffetz Lindsey’s Gretta Walters will join an expert panel for the “Alternative Energy Disputes” session at the 2025 Dispute Resolution in the International Energy Business conference, co-hosted by AIEN and the ICC. The conference will take place October 2–3, 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The panel will explore emerging challenges in solar, wind, nuclear, and power generation projects, covering issues such as state investment

claims, joint ventures, project financing, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, licensing, and construction.
