James Hosking and Gretta Walters to Speak at the Virtual ICDR America’s Conference 2020

November 2020 – James Hosking and Gretta Walters are speaking at the upcoming ICDR America’s Conference taking place virtually on December 1^st and 2^nd. The two-day conference comprises of two, one hour sessions per day, and includes small group discussions surrounding the changing practice of international arbitration and mediation, particularly given the COVID-19 pandemic, ICDR rule changes and current developments throughout the Americas.

On Tuesday, December 1st at 12:15pm EST, Gretta will serve as a moderator of the ICDR Y&I sponsored Tertulia Sessions, which involve virtual roundtable discussions about the anticipated 2021 ICDR rule changes including mediation, arbitral jurisdiction, arbitral tribunal secretaries, early disposition, cybersecurity, electronic signatures, publication of awards, and more. Gretta is an Executive Board Member of ICDR Y&I.

On Wednesday, December 2nd at 1:00pm, James will serve as Eastern U.S. Faculty for “Around the Americas – Rapid Fire Discussion on Current Developments.” The quick-moving session will feature experts from jurisdictions throughout the Americas, who will discuss key legal and practice developments pertaining to their jurisdictions.
