Marcel Engholm Cardoso to Speak on Hot Topics in International Arbitration at 5th NYU/Sciences Po Intergenerational Arbitration Symposium

February 2025—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Marcel Engholm Cardoso will speak at the 5th annual NYU/Sciences Po Intergenerational Arbitration Symposium taking place on Monday, February 10^th. The event, co-sponsored by NYU Law School and SciencesPo Law School, will cover hot topics of international arbitration.

Marcel will join Carlos Hafemann to discuss “Arbitration: Limits and Preconditions”. Marcel will speak about the effects of a party’s lack of funds on the arbitration agreement, while Carlos will cover jurisdiction and admissibility issues in multitiered dispute resolution clauses.
