Marcel Engholm to Speak at the 2022 ARIAS Fall Conference

November 2022— Chaffetz Lindsey’s Marcel Engholm is set to speak at the 2022 ARIAS Fall Conference on Friday, November 4^th.  Marcel will be joined by Michael Carolan (Troutman Pepper),  Stephanie Denker (Saul Ewing), Peter Golfman (Zelle), Shermineh Jones (Troutman Pepper) and Gina Santangelo (Arch Re) during the “Rapid Fire Case Presentations” session Friday morning where young practitioners will be given five minutes to convince the audience they have found the most important case in insurance and reinsurance law. The audience will vote on the most important case presented.

Marcel will be making a case that the Second Circuit’s decision in Fireman’s Fund v. OneBeacon this past September, a victory secured by Chaffetz Lindsey’s Steve Schwartz, is the most important of the year.
