Matilde Flores to Speak on “Damages, Country Risk and Interest Rates” Panel Monday, September 26th

September 2022— Chaffetz Lindsey’s Matilde Flores will join a discussion on damages, country risk and interest rates in international arbitration as part of the World Arbitration Update annual conference taking place on Monday, September 26^th. The panel event held via Zoom from 1:30pm-3:00pm EDT will analyze how to conceptually evaluate country risk, different types of exposures, growing business-related risks and more.

The group moderated by Miguel Nakhle will consist of thought leaders in the space including Olga Ukhaneva, Carlos Pabon-Agudelo, Robert Patton and Miguel Lopez Forastier.
