Matilde Flores to Speak on Fordham International Law Association Panel

February 2023—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Matilde Flores will speak on the upcoming Fordham International Law Association panel “The Impact of international Backgrounds on Arbitration Advocacy Styles”.

Matilde will join Rebeca E. Mosquera  (Reed Smith), Peter L. Schmidt (Arnold & Porter) Charlene Valdez Warner (Linklaters), Kabir Duggal (Arnold & Porter) and Sofía Klot (Klot Arbitration). The group will take part in a discussion on arbitration advocacy, exploring the nuances introduced by the varied backgrounds of both parties and arbitrators.
