NYIAC Grand Central Forum & 10th Anniversary Celebration September 20th, 2023

September 2023—The New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) Grand Central Forum will take place Wednesday, September 20^th from 5pm-8:30pm. The flagship annual event will include a celebration of NYIAC’s 10^th anniversary. Chaffetz Lindsey’s James Hosking and Marisa Marinelli (Holland & Knight) are Co-Chairs of the Program Committee together with Chaffetz Lindsey associate and Secretary of the Program Committee, Marcel Engholm Cardoso.

The 2023 forum “Selecting New York Law for Cross-Border Transactions — A Wise Choice?” will feature keynote speaker Eduardo Zuleta (Arbitration Chambers) and a moderated panel discussion featuring Lucy Reed (Arbitration Chambers), Elisabeth Eljuri (Westlawn Americas Offshore), Maureen Ryan (Former Atlas Renewable Energy) and Stephen Smith (Former Lockheed Martin).

A celebration of NYIAC’s 10^th anniversary will take place following the forum and include guest speaker Michael J. Garcia (Associate Judge of the New York Court of Appeals).
