June 2020 – Chaffetz Lindsey foreign associate Marcel Engholm Cardoso was recently published in Oxford Arbitration International, Volume 36, Issue 1. Marcel’s article, “Impecunious Parties in International Commercial Arbitration,” outlines the possible effects that a party’s lack of funds can have on an arbitration agreement and analyzes different theories used to deal with the issue.
Launched in 1985, Arbitration International provides quarterly coverage for national and international developments in the world of arbitration.
