Controlling Litigation Costs

May 2013 – Chaffetz Lindsey Partner Charlie Scibetta recently moderated a panel at ACI’s renowned forum on Controlling Litigation Costs in Chicago on April 30 – May 1. The forum was focused on helping in-house counsel to derive more value from their law firm relationships, and specifically, to contain costs associated with resolving commercial disputes. Charlie moderated a panel comprised of in-house counsel from the financial services and reinsurance sectors and a partner from a major international law firm on the ways in which in-house and external counsel can build relationships that succeed in meeting a company’s legal needs and their business objectives.
