Yasmine Lahlou Explores U.S. Discovery in Support of Foreign Proceedings
May 2013 – Chaffetz Lindsey Counsel Yasmine Lahlou participated in a panel at the recent American Bar Association Section of Litigation Conference in Chicago, which explored the challenges and opportunities associated with mechanisms to obtain evidence in the United States in support of foreign judicial and arbitral proceedings.
Yasmine joined Chaffetz Lindsey shortly after it was established in 2009. A U.S., French and Moroccan citizen, she attended a graduate program at the University of Texas at Austin Law School and received a Maîtrise en Droit from Paris X – Nanterre University.
