David Lindsey Discusses International Arbitration Developments in Latin America

May 2012 – Chaffetz Lindsey Partner David Lindsey recently spoke at two conferences in Brazil on global and regional developments in international arbitration. He spoke at GAR Live in Rio de Janeiro on May 7 on outbound Brazilian investment in North America and the role of international arbitration in bolstering trade in the region. The next day, he presented at the Rio de Janeiro International Arbitration Conference on important developments in international arbitration practice in the US. Over 300 mostly Brazilian international arbitration users and practitioners attended these events over the two days.
