Gretta Walters Speaks on Alternative Energy Disputes at AIEN Dispute Resolution in International Energy Business Conference

October 2024—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Gretta Walters is set to speak at the AIEN Dispute Resolution in International Energy Business Conference taking place in Houston, Texas on October 14-15^th.

Gretta will join the Tuesday morning panel “Alternative Energy Disputes” to discuss emerging disputes from the solar, wind, nuclear and power generation industries—including state investment, joint venture, financing, IP technology, licensing, regulatory and construction disputes.
