Gretta Walters to Join Swedish Arbitration Days in Stockholm

January 2025—Chaffetz Lindsey’s Gretta Walters will speak at the upcoming 2025 Swedish Arbitration Days taking place in Stockholm, Sweden January 23^rd– January 24^th. The biannual event brings together leading arbitration professionals from around the world and features six panels of prominent legal practitioners discussing the topic “Information in Arbitration” from different angles, all relevant to the practice of international arbitration.

Gretta will join Rikard Wikström-Hermansen (Independent Arbitrator) for the session titled “Can you HIDE the information?” Gretta and Rikard will debate whether remaining silent is an option when disclosing everything may not be in the best interest of your case.  The debate will consider common and civil law differences to disclosure and will examine thorny document production issues in international arbitration.
