Gretta Walters to Speak About Discovery Under Section 1782 at the Inaugural ABA International Litigation Skills Conference

May 2021 – On Wednesday, May 26^th, Gretta Walters will participate in a panel discussion at the ABA International Law Section’s inaugural International Litigation Skills Conference. Gretta will join other panelists to discuss, “Discovery Under Section 1782: The Latest Developments,” which will feature insights on recent developments, including the issue currently before the Supreme Court on applicability of Section 1782 to international commercial arbitration.
