Matilde Flores to Speak at the 17th Annual ICDR Y&I Coffee House Debate

April 2022 — Chaffetz Lindsey associate Matilde Flores is set to speak at the 17^th Annual ICDR Y&I Coffee House Debate. The virtual event will take place Thursday, April 7^th at 9am EST. Matilde will be joined by colleagues around the globe including Katia Finkel, David Sandberg, Borja Pérez-Puente, Joanne Lau and Orlando Cabrera; moderated by Mark Kantor and Patricia Shaughnessy. Participants will debate whether arbitrators should rely more on practices and trade usages when deciding cases.
