Where Advocacy Meets Business

Alongside our international arbitration practice, we also try domestic arbitration cases under the auspices of the AAA, JAMS, FINRA, the ARIAS rules that apply to many reinsurance disputes, and before a wide variety of ad hoc tribunals and arbitrators appointed pursuant to purely domestic contracts.  Our familiarity with the main rosters of arbitrators helps our clients make effective arbitral appointments.
