CALINE MOUAWAD SPOKE ON IBA PANEL WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH

Caline Mouawad spoke on the panel titled “A new Hague convention on jurisdiction and parallel claims: a gamechanger in international dispute resolution” on Wednesday, September 18th.

The session gave a perspective on the work of the Hague Conference’s jurisdiction project which, following the success of the Choice of Courts Convention and the Judgments Convention, is now working on a new instrument on parallel proceedings.

Caline spoke along Victor Corzo (Consulate General of Mexico), Professor Fausto Pocar (University of Milan), and Ben Roe (Baker McKenzie). The session chair was Sara Chisholm-Batten (Michelmores).
