James Hosking and Gretta Walters Contribute to Encyclopedia of International Commercial Arbitration
July 2025– Chaffetz Lindsey’s James Hosking and Gretta Walters have contributed to the newly published “Elgar Concise Encyclopedia of International Commercial Arbitration”. Edited by respected academics Franco Ferrari and Friedrich Rosenfeld, the encyclopedia provides over 130 concise entries on essential arbitration topics—from the New York Convention and Model Law to evidentiary rules and conflict-of-interest guidelines.
Gretta and James, together with other leading practitioners, provided entries on various core international arbitration concepts. The first of its kind, the new publication offers guidance for practitioners, arbitrators, and students alike, combining substantive legal analysis with up-to-date commentary on global arbitration standards.
